Authentic - energetic - passionate "Still wooky"
This is the name of the current Tschebberwooky album. Versatile is the music of the Styrian band. Tschebberwooky themself describe their music as "Finest Reggae Ska Rub a Dub Dance Music". Authentic reggae mingles with Ska, a good portion of rock meets big band sound and even African sounds can be found on this album. The band Nobuntu from Zimbabwe worked on the CD and the result can be heard.
"Homemade" produced in their own studio and the mastering was done by Ernst Gotschmann, who, through his years of experience and his sense for music, gave the album the finishing touches.
On the occasion of the 20 year band jubilee next year there will be a big tour through the German language area, according to bandleader and singer/songwriter Peter Matauschek.
The band loves the stage, the audience and the emotions.
They have played countless gigs and set musical accents at many festivals.
